St. Louis Service provides an air freight service to any destination Worldwide. We ship on the Next-Available-Flight-Out basis routed for same-day departure. There are no restrictions in the size and weight of the goods; however, we do have to comply with aircraft specifications.

Within our structure, shipments can be tracked from origin to destination, via our system. Flight details, such as date of departure and arrival, flight number and airway bill are available to the client and provided prior to shipment departure.

Documentation Requirements for both Air and Sea Shipments:

Commercial invoice with description of goods and corresponding value (New Goods).
Shippers Instruction, including insurance amount (if insured), freight terms (prepaid/collect) and type of service required.
A Packing-list for shipments of Used Household Goods.
Original Bill of Lading for Sea shipments
Airway Bill for Air Shipments


St. Louis Service also provides ocean freight transportation to gateways all over the world. After consultation with clients, we forward their shipments on vessels sailing to the most appropriate gateway to ensure that their consignments reach their destination with the least possible delay. Upon arrival of the shipment, the consignee will arrange appropriate customs clearance procedures if the consignment is a door to destination port agreement. If however, it is a door-to-door agreement, the St. Louis Service agent at destination will arrange to customs clear it and have it delivered. Customs duties and/or tariffs if charged will be payable by the consignee.

Full container loads (F.C.L) Less than Container loads (L.C.L.)

20 Foot Containers 20 Foot Flat Bed or Flat Rack

40 Foot 40 Foot Flat bed or Flat Rack

45 Foot High Cube Containers Break Bulk / Roll-on Roll-off (Ro-Ro)
