In January 2002, Mitsui O.S.K. Lines Group (MOL Group) consolidated the competitive advantages of M.O. Air International (HK) Ltd., Hong Kong Logistics Co., Ltd., Japan Express (HK) Ltd. to establish us, MOL Logistics (H.K.) Ltd.
With the quality of our predecessors & our persistent pursuit of being a leading logistics solution specialist, we now offer services including global freight forwarding, consolidation/deconsolidation, 3rd party logistics, warehousing, inventory management & distribution, China-H.K. cross border & China domestic trucking, international removal and value added services.
As an AMS NVOCC, we cope with U.S. Customs 24-hour Rule requirements in order to serve client’s orders. The on-line interface allows data to be exported & manifect information filed directly to the U.S. Government and privacy of clients’ trade details observed.
Apart from being a member of conglomerate which is sound & healthy financially, we also join IATA, HAFFA and FIATA for market recognition. Airway Bill, FCR, Bill of Lading we issued are in compliance with the regulations of these professional bodies.
Along with intensification of globalization, our network is expanded and we now serve customers through the 200 strong offices worldwide. In China, our service range is enhanced through the branches, representative offices & distribution centres.
Different market segments are attended through our solution of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and our service is extended to manufacturers of industrial products, distributors of branded consumer goods, supermarkets, retail chains, convenient stores & fast food shops.
We have been providing quality air freight forwarding service for a few decades with extensive global network and connections. We are known for offering professional and reliable daily air consolidations to and from major cities of Japan and regular consolidations to major cities worldwide.
We are member of IATA and HAFFA. We are also an accredited operator under the AEO Programme administrated by the Hong Kong Custom & Excise Department. Under the Programme, we enjoy less and prioritized Customs inspection which greatly optimized our forwarding service.
Moreover, we have direct access to the electronic system of Air Cargo Terminals and Hong Kong Customs at the Hong Kong International Airport, which enables a speedy and smooth customs declaration and clearance.
