FIRST IMPERIAL CARGO, INC (FICI) is an IATA accredited freight forwarding company which has been in operation since 1986. We serve as international and domestic forwarder for both large shipments and courier packages.
FIRST IMPERIAL CARGO, INC (FICI) is a privately owned corporation established in April 1986. A wholly Filipino corporation, is it headed by Mr. Luis V. Vega as President and Chairman, and Mr. Adrian B. Jimenez, as Vice-President and General Manager.
Hard work, dedication and a tremendous ability to meet our CLients’ requirements have since propelled our company into the forefront of our country’s leading domestic and international forwarding industry.
In 1989, we became a qualified IATA Agent. That same year, we established a branch office at the Cavite Export Processing Zone Authority(EPZA) in Rosario, Cavite.
To accomodate the growing demand for our services, we established in February 1992 another branch in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu , the Philippines’ second largest city.
Forwarding companies from the U.S., Canada, Europe and the Asia Pacific Regions have forged mutually beneficial tie-ups with FICI increasing our range of services and efficiency of cargo dlivery worldwide.
Our Import Customs Brokerage Division is fully computerized which provides our customers immediate information on the customs clearing process and safe delivery of thir cargo.
The year 2001 saw First Imperial Cargo introduces its Express Customs Clearance Service. A web based solution enabling customs clearance of import shipments within two hours after arrival. A first of its kind service in the Philippines freight forwarding and customs brokerage industry
