Ever Glory Logistics Pte Ltd (EGL) is a subsidiary of Daito Koun Co., Ltd. (Daito Koun), a public company lists on Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc., JASDAQ Standard Market.
Daito Koun had acquired 67.56% share equity of EGL from Sunrise Investors Pte. Ltd. on 29 August 2017.
