The company had a modest but sound beginning, commencing with a single truck plying between Delhi and Assam. Over the last four decades, CJ Darcl has evolved into an organization with a pan India network. This growth in infrastructure is also accompanied by an expansion in capabilities, as we have expanded our service portfolio to include diverse skills and industry sectors to emerge as a leading operator with a satisfied customer base of over 2000 companies.
Full Truck Load (FTL) services are a stronghold of ours and form part of the core offerings at the CJ Darcl Freight division, including end-to-end multimodal transportation with loading services catered through owned and hired fleet for bulk goods movement on a pan India basis. Options include a customized or specialized fleet for meeting customers’ specific requirements. As a Full Truck Load service provider, we are able to assess your individual business needs to match with a carrier that can accommodate your shipment deadline in the most cost-effective way possible. In fact, shippers have to clearly understand the central and state laws and requirements at transit checkpoints for seamless movement.
For transport economics and for passing on cost advantages to customers, the shipper also considers the type of freight that can be accommodated in the same trailer/truck or whether it needs to be shipped separately in a different trailer/truck.
REIGHT FORWARDING
With the vision to provide One Stop Logistics Solutions to our valuable customers and partners, CJ Darcl ventured into freight forwarding in 2019, joining hands with its foreign promoter CJ that follows a similar philosophy and founding principles.
The centralised freight forwarding team is located in the Registered & Corporate Office in Gurugram, while the operations are supported with strategically located branches in Mumbai and Chennai that extend freight forwarding and CHA services to the existing customers. CJ Darcl also operates from major ports dotted across India, such as Mundra, Kolkata, Haldia, Vizag, Chennai, Ennore, Mumbai, ICD Hyderabad, ICD Tughlakabad, ICD Patli, ICD Dadri, ICD Garhi Harsaru, ICD Patparganj and ICD Sonipat.
The expertise of CJ Darcl covers all major freight forwarding products, namely ocean import, ocean export, air import, air export, customs clearance and transportation, with a varied range of container types such as – 20’/40’ GP, 20’/40’ OT, 20’/40’ FR and 40’ HC. In addition, a variety of value-added services like Delivered Duty Paid (“DDP”), Delivered At Place (“DAP”), Cost Insurance and Freight (“CIF”), Cost and Freight (“C&F”), Ex-works (“EXW”), Free On Board (“FOB”) and Free Carrier (“FCA”) are offered as per customer requirements.
