Strategically located in the Caribbean Hub (Caucedo Multimodal Logistics Park), this company of the BMCargo group, certified by the General Directorate of Customs as a Logistics Operator, has a total of 1,200 m² designed to make the outsourced services of the supply chain more efficient for Import and Export companies.

BMCargo Logistic is licensed as a logistics operator and free zone.

PRE-ALERT
When placing your orders online, you can send us your invoices by doing the Pre-Alert, before your package arrives in our hands and thus manage its transit much faster.

Post-Alerta
POST-ALERT
If your package was received without an invoice in our Warehouse in Miami, use this tool to attach it directly to our system and it will be shipped from 24 to 48 working hours.

Expanded International Transport
Coverage
Benefit that covers the return of the merchandise to the supplier of origin and breakage or loss of your package during the import process.

This process must be done by supplying the seller’s return label.

Applies to personal packages up to 29 pounds in weight, with a value not exceeding US$ 800.00 received through your BMCargo account and that you have paid the Extended International Transport Coverage.

Weekly departures with cut-off on Wednesdays at noon, delivery time to the carrier in maximum 7 working days, after having made the return process at counter.

SHIPMENTS OF LETTERS AND PACKAGES
Normal mail sending service and express mail services from the Dominican Republic to anywhere in the world, with delivery from 24 hours to 10 working days according to customer need.

EXPRESS AIR CARGO
Delivery in Santo Domingo in 3 working days on all merchandise deposited in our Miami offices.

We carry out the corresponding customs procedures. The minimum weight required for this service is 30 pounds, in case of requiring payment of taxes the delivery time may vary.

PRIORITY OR EXPRESS SERVICE
Delivery in Santo Domingo in 24 working hours of all packages that are deposited in our warehouse in Miami, before the cut-off time (12:00 noon) from Monday to Friday.

Packages must be accompanied by their corresponding commercial invoice.
